Stagetimer is a professional timing tool for broadcasting and live video production. It is used by thousands of companies worldwide to run events, conferences, presentations, lessons and church services.
Stagetimer was founded by me, Lukas Hermann, and my wife Liz later joined as co-founder. We are based in Germany. It is 100% bootstrapped and profitable. I’m also a co-founder of Rundown Studio, a more recent tool serving the same niche with a slightly different focus.
We are customer-driven and focused on top-notch user experience. We bootstrapped Stagetimer to over $10,000/month in less than 3 years, reached Product-Market Fit and nearly 10,000 users.
Now at a stable profit and anticipating growth, we're building a dedicated team to get Stagetimer to the next level.
We're seeking a skilled JavaScript developer (TypeScript is a bonus) with a knack for front-end frameworks to help expand Stagetimer from 10k to over 60k users. Vue.js experience is welcome but not essential.
You’ll be Stagetimer’s first engineer and work closely together with me, the founder, a senior software engineer and serial entrepreneur, in evolving our tech stack, crafting features, enhancing performance, and ensuring reliability.
Your voice matters in our tech decisions, and you'll play a key part in maintaining Stagetimer's smooth operation.
Expect to engage in shaping agile practices and code quality enhancements.
